Short Review: The Hunchback of Notre Dame is my favorite animated musical. Based on an incredibly dark and tragic book, Hunchback is incredibly ballsy and takes so many chances. However, there are a few moments that destroy moments of tone and this can be a serious problem.

- The music is awesome!
- Frollo is one of the greatest Disney villains ever made.
- The story is dumbed-down, but is still the darkest of Disney films.
- The gargoyles are kind of annoying (if you are an adult)
- The tone of the film will sometimes switch at the drop of a dime.
Final Score: MUST OWN!!
